Excellence International is not a trading desk. We operate an integrated manufacturing network — coordinating dedicated factories for metal fabrication, LED lighting, and plastics — so European and American buyers source from one partner instead of chasing many.

Each plant is a specialist in its process. Quality control and export logistics are run centrally to a single standard, so the tolerances, the compliance documentation and the reliability stay consistent — whichever line your order sits on. You manage one relationship; we manage the chain behind it.

Plastics Injection Moulding

Garden, camping, storage and household plastic products produced on injection-moulding machines across a broad tonnage range. In-house tooling support and assembly let us take a folding crate or storage box from sample and first-article approval through to repeatable, certified production — under one roof, to one quality standard.

We build quality in at every stage rather than inspecting it in at the end. Critical dimensions are verified against drawing tolerances with calibrated instruments, and every order closes with a documented, AQL-based pre-shipment inspection you can review before it leaves the factory.

Finished goods are palletised, strapped and container-loaded in-house. We handle FCL and LCL ocean freight, mixed-product consolidation across our three divisions, and the export documentation that keeps clearance smooth — shipping to 50+ markets across Europe, North America and beyond.

Can you support OEM and private-label projects?

Yes — across all three divisions. We run private-label and OEM programmes with dedicated tooling, materials and finishes, plus retail-ready packaging and compliance documentation tailored to each market.

How do you keep quality consistent across different factories?

Quality standards are managed centrally, not left to each plant. Every division works to the same documented procedures, the same drawing tolerances and the same AQL-based pre-shipment inspection — so you see one consistent standard regardless of which factory makes the product.

Can products from different factories be consolidated into one shipment?

Yes. We consolidate metal, lighting and plastic products into a single container or shipment with unified documentation. You place one order and receive one coordinated delivery — working with one accountable partner while we coordinate the manufacturing network behind the project.

How do you handle European and North American compliance?

Compliance is built in during development, not added afterwards. We engineer and document products to CE, RoHS, REACH and EU Ecodesign requirements, and provide the Declarations of Conformity, technical files, test reports and retail compliance documentation needed for customs clearance and shelf-readiness.

What inspection documentation do you provide before shipment?

Every order receives an AQL-based pre-shipment inspection. We can provide AQL inspection reports, signed inspection records, dimensional and functional test data, material and compliance certificates, packaging approval records and inspection photographs — so you can approve the goods before they leave the factory.

Can you provide samples before production?

Yes. We normally provide prototype or pre-production samples for approval before mass production begins. Production starts only after specifications, materials, finishes and packaging have been confirmed.
